A bit about me:
I love surprises, fireworks, summer, my friends, and good music. I hate being by myself for long periods of time and anything cherry-flavored. I can't live without coffee or peanut butter. I want to travel the world and never settle for anything that I'm not completely in love with. I love thunderstorms and sitting out on roofs on hot summer nights with my little sister...and the pittsburgh steelers...win or lose.
I've experienced alot in my short life, but I know theres so much I've yet to see and learn...and I can't wait for what lies ahead.
Now on to today...
Twas the day for office clean up and all through the space, there were creature stirring and crap all over the place. There were boxes and papers galore, the office so messy you could barely see the floor!
In all honesty, office clean up day isn't as bad as it seems. It's two days before my birthday and the office staff was kind enough to throw me an impromptu birthday lunch complete with cake and champagne glasses filled with fruit punch (the glasses and decor for the grand event was provided by some of our event dating back to the early 90's for sure).
The day also included me almost being crushed by a tractor trailer truck at the shredding drop off, but it was made better by a starbucks coffee run.
Things to be excited about...
Birthday in tminus 27 hours.
Vacation in tminus 2 days.
Time with sister, best friend and boyfriend.
Things not so excited about...
Not seeing Ern for a week...she'll have to hold down the Taj Mahal (Our pet name for our humble abode) all by herself.
One more day of work for the week
A long long car ride to OBX
Over 100 degree temps in PA two days in a row...which is hotter than it is in Florida right now I might add.
